All products are not returnable unless there is manufacturing defect and the claim has to be made within 24Hrs from the time of delivery. 

OPENING VIDEO PROOF MUST BE THERE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE CLAIM.

If the claim is approved we either replace or refund accordingly.
